Courtyard
The courtyard is also a wonderful place to enjoy lunch with your child/children. Below is the schedule – please take advantage of this unique opportunity.
The Courtyard Committee is constantly in need of volunteers who are interested in watering, weeding and/or maintaining the grounds. The committee would also greatly appreciate donations of potting soil, fertilizer, bulbs, bird seed, pine straw bales and any perennials or plants you would like to share from your own yard. For more information please contact Cheryl Phillips, Melissa Cognac or Jennifer Miller.

The hotline is designed for crisis
prevention. If students know of an unsafe situation in school (weapons violations, bomb threats, drugs or alcohol, bullying,
etc.), they can anonymously pass on that information through the hotline, initiating immediate and appropriate action.
The Braelinn Elementary Courtyard is an inviting educational oasis. It provides teachers a relaxed, enjoyable, instructional environment where
students can learn about native plants, trees and shrubbery, the ecosystem of a goldfish pond, and how both farmers and families utilize herbs like those
found in Braelinn's own herb garden. In addition, students can study the many species of birds, butterflies and turtles that inhabit this special space.
